Antonio brings over a decade of teaching experience across Europe, Asia, and beyond. Celebrated by students worldwide for his mastery of the physical aspects of yoga, his ability to inspire and motivate, and his deep generosity in sharing knowledge of anatomy and yogic philosophy.

The Setting
Koh Phangan is one of Southeast Asia's most potent places for practice. Our purpose-built shala sits deep in the jungle — fully open-air with mosquito net walls on all sides, letting the sounds, breeze, and energy of the tropical landscape flow freely through every session.

Reserve your spot with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the training begins. All prices in Thai Baht.

Common Questions
Yes. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is fully accredited with Yoga Alliance, awarding graduates the internationally recognised RYT-200 certification upon completion.
Nest Yoga is situated in the jungle of Koh Phangan, in a purpose-built shala with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the tropical landscape. We're in the quieter, greener part of the island, away from the party scene.
We deliberately keep cohorts small — a maximum of 12 students for the 200h YTT and 10 for the 30h Advanced Asana Training. This ensures every student receives genuine personal attention and feedback.
The 200h YTT is open to dedicated practitioners — no prior teaching experience is required, but a consistent personal practice is expected. The 30h Advanced Asana Training is open to certified teachers (RYT-200 or equivalent).
A 20% deposit secures your place. For the 200h YTT that's ฿19,000 (early bird) or ฿21,000 (standard) and for the 30h it's ฿3,420 (early bird) or ฿3,800 (standard). The remaining balance is due 30 days before the training begins. Payments are processed securely via Stripe — card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date.
